Yes, exactly for that reason, instead of people leaving comments it was more like chat, or as you say ranting.Why has Yahoo News removed the Comments category? Is it because of all the ranting at one another?
A recent charge regarding hate crime was laid in BC. They want to make sure if people make slanderous, racist remarks they can be traced and charged.
