I've just been reading some past questions, and already quite alot of the Yahoo Answers community seem to hate him. Personally, I think thats really awful. Hes not even been in power 24 hours and your already calling it a ';nightmare';. Christ, give him some time to prove himself.





So, be sorry and in the future keep your personal sh*t out of this. Agree?Are you ranting about Obama already?
I agree he deserves respect and time to find his footing. I am a Republican and I think it is horrible that so many mean spirited people can't just have some respect for others. Other then being Republican (which apparently makes me a bad person) I have never done anything to any of you and I'm sure we all feel like we are being attacked.Are you ranting about Obama already?
Anyone who is daft enough to think that there would not be a wild variation of opinions over the inauguration of a new American President is completley missing the whole point of Yahoo Answers. If you cant stand anybody who holds a different view to yourself. Start your own Blog and close it to eveybody. Have fun there you will probably not be greatly missed. My view on Obama incidentally that he removes all the excuses made by anybody of any race to use their race as a reason for being unsuccessful. We all gain from that
Yes, he's already destroyed America, don't you know... He's sending secret signals to Bin Laden's terrorist network by using his middle name... He's destroyed our economy... He's destroyed America's standing and respect in the world... He's plotting to paint the White House black, and rebuild it as a pyramid...





And he's the one who put that bubble gum on the sidewalk that stuck to my shoe today...





And he's only been President for a few hours. He must be one very brilliant and powerful man. Maybe he does have the powers of the Messiah like some people falsely accuse him of saying.





Or else there are just an awful lot of idiots out there who care more about harboring their own personal hatred, spreading dissent and attacking our government and thereby our nation, than they do about the Constitution and the United States of America.





Oh, yeah, and I'm sure he also forced Boston Legal to go off the air. That bastard!
Usually it's a fake Christian who really has no concept of what being a Christian is all about. After all, Christ said the most important commandment is LOVE. I don't think some of these haters have ever loved anything in their life. They are so full of fear of color that they can't think logically. It's best to ignore their ranting and raving and not give them the satisfaction of an answer. All they want to do is argue and if you don't give them that, they peter out.
i agree with you. i think obama is a good man that hasn't been given any chances just because the color of his skin. a lot of people call him a ****** nightmare but they don't realize that he's mixed. no matter how great obama does people will always try to find something wrong with him. now bush was a nightmare i can't imagine how much better things would be if he wasn't such an idiot president.
As an Australian, who is unaffected by him at all i would have to agree though that he deserves a chance. Let him get his foot in, let him run your country for a week before you have him pegged. Besides my opinion he can't be any worse than your last president. To give him bonus points he can at least string a series or words together to make a grammatical sentence that makes sense, unlike the last bloke.

I am a U S American , born and bred, and fiercely patriotic. I fear for our country and I fear for President Obama. The fairy tale began and ended with his party day , now reality is setting in for all of us. He doesn't really know what he's doing, just watch the show as it unfolds. That's all we can do also. Obama did not win the popular vote so think about that one. Our Electoral College is outdated and should have been abolished long ago. Only very very rich men can now become president in the USA.
I say let history judge him , How can anybody judge the man he only started his job yesterday, From what i have seen and heard he seems like a decent family man to me, Who has taken on the biggest and worst job in the world at least he should be given the credit for courage.
Hmmm...I wonder what Democrats have been doing ever since Bush got into the White House 8 years ago...oh, that's right. *****, moan, complain, and claim that he wasn't the real winner.
