If Christians are always wrong, why don't they give up the ranting about homosexual ways?

If my son or daughter likes to play in the freeway, and they tell me to quit ranting at them, because they have a fundamental right to play there, ....and I dont protect them from doing so, am I not accountable to a higher authority and even punishable ?





Nature says it is wrong, Young children still want a mom and a dad, and if you even halfway believe in God, and His design.........(not your re-design of what you think He should accept ).........then is in not fair to say we are trying to keep you from doing your mud pies in the middle of the interstate freeway ?





btw: sorry for the perceived rant of some........and I wish a certain mid west family would drop off the face of the earth with their hatred they say isnt.If Christians are always wrong, why don't they give up the ranting about homosexual ways?
People generally have difficulty adjusting to things outside what has traditionally been defined as ';normal';. For example, many people have trouble with the union of a black person and a white person. It is interesting how we filter our biases, because people have far less difficulty with, say the union of an Asian person with a white one.





The whole gay thing is particularly problematic. They are probably the most discriminated against minority. As far as religion saying being gay is wrong, it merely gives people who would be uncomfortable with gay people a more legitimate reason for not accepting them. Instead of saying '; you are wrong; what you do makes me uncomfortable and I don't accept you or your behavior ';, they come up with something that sounds much more compassionate ';I don't hate you. The Bible says to love the sinner, but hate the sin';. Sounds a lot better, but in the long run, it is not really different. I don't accept you, because God says you are wrong.If Christians are always wrong, why don't they give up the ranting about homosexual ways?
Christians are not perfect people, and sometimes can be wrong. But we are not always wrong especially when we stand on the word of God.


God's word is very clear about homosexuality being a sin.





1Corinthians 6:9





Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolater,nor adulterers, nor homosexuals , nor sodomites nor thieves, nor covetous nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God.
Christians are not always wrong. Some of us are bias and do not fully exhibit a core principle of loving everyone. This could contribute to some of the negative opinions of Christians, but we are not all hateful, lying, venomous people. So the same way homosexuals want to be accepted and not put in a box, don't label all Christians as ';wrong';.
Everyone is allowed their own opinion on religion and sexuality. I do agree that Christan's should not try to press their opinions on the rest of the world. There are some homosexuals in the world that believe in Christ and think it is fine for them to be as they are sexually. There are different types of christianity that accepts people of differently sexual orientation. I believe that our opinions are are own and not everyone and to let people believe as they feel fit.


There is a part in the Bible that states people from foreign lands should not mix with the native population. I hear no big debates anymore over interracial couples marring. I believe if these people are allowed to marry so should people that are gay. Marriage was not just invented by the christians and people of all believes should be allowed to marry even the ones who are gay.
The Bible speaks against Homsexuality because of the fact that man cannot procreate with man and woman cannot procreate with woman.





It takes a man and a woman to conceive a child.





Scripture does say that Homosexuality is indeed a sin but scripture does also speak of compassion, something which Fred Phelps and his church obviously lack when they hold up signs that say God hates fags, because although God disapproves of Homosexuality, he does not hate Homosexuals at all.





Jesus Christ himself died for all sins but one, the sin he did not die for is the sin of rejecting him as Lord and Savior.





There was a former Homosexual who later became a Christian that opened a hospice for people who died from AIDS, most of these people obtained it from Homosexual relations (not all residents obtained it from such but most of them did).





The purpose of this hospice was not to force one to become a Christian although the door was open for the dying persons to decide if they would accept or reject Christ.





A former Gay who became a Christian opened this hospice because he understood how things were for a lot of Homosexuals because of the life he use to lead, and a lot of the residents of the hospice were kicked out of their family homes for Homoexuality and AIDS as well, so this hospice sought to help these dying people, such as keeping them fed and allowing them to die with dignity regardless of whether or not they would accept or reject Christ.
Christians are not wrong and we don't rant. The Bible states quite clearly in many places that homosexual sex is sin.





It is the gay activists who are wrong and who rant, lying and saying that Christians hate others when we don't.
Why are they always wrong? Technically they are right to ';rant'; about homosexuals according to their beliefs.
Christians are not always wrong, but they are sometimes bias.
we're not always wrong and you could do your part and stop bringing it up/fueling the fire so to speak...God Bless
